CUGH hosts webinar with USAID on April 14, 2011

The CUGH and UCGHI presented a webinar with Dr. Alex Dehgan, Science and Technology Adviser to the Administrator of USAID and head of the Office of Science and Technology and Wendy Taylor, Senior Advisor, Innovative Finance and Public Private Partnerships at USAID on April 14, 2011 at 1:00 - 2:30 pm EDT/10:00 - 11:30 am PDT. Topics that were discussed in this webinar included an overview of Saving Lives at Birth: A Grand Challenge for Development and an overview of the Office of Science and Technology at USAID and its Grand Challenges Initiative.
