The Awards and Nominations Committee meets regularly on behalf of the Board of Directors to both advertise and subsequently consider all applications for future open positions on the Board of the Directors. The Committee considers all nominations and then prepares a slate of candidates based on qualifications for the criteria which are outlined by the Board and advertised publicly to the Consortium member Universities. This slate of candidates is then presented to the Board for approval and distributed to the member Universities for their voting and final election. The committee validates the voting and presents the selection to the Board for approval. In addition the Committee also considers all nominations for the Consortium Awards, and prepares a slate of finalists for the Board’s selection of Awardees.
